Cancellation Policy
✅ Reservations 📌 All appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance via: - Online booking - Email - Phone/WhatsApp 📧 Confirmation sent by email or text. ❌ Cancellations and Rescheduling - Cancellations: at least 24 hours in advance. - "No shows" without notice: future bookings are restricted or a charge will apply based on availability. - Rescheduling: 1 time free of charge (with advance notice). ⏳ Waiting List - If there are no available times, you can join the waiting list. - Notification in order of request when a space becomes available. 📲 Virtual Support - Via secure platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). - Link sent after booking confirmation. - Maximum tolerance: 10 minutes. 🏢 In-Person Support At VNS offices or a location agreed upon with the client. -Punctuality required to optimize the meeting. -Additional travel requirements apply to projects outside the city. ⭐ Commitment to Quality -Response to inquiries within 24–48 business hours. -Professional, timely, and transparent service. -Policies subject to update to improve service quality.
