Since 2020, I have worked as a Contractor Architect for PRIMAX, one of the largest service station networks in the country. In this role, I have participated in projects of varying scale, from minor interventions to complete renovations, always ensuring compliance with the brand's corporate standards and national regulations (ARCH).

During this time, I have managed more than 250 technical support calls at stations and convenience stores located in the provinces of Esmeraldas, Santo Domingo, Imbabura, Tungurahua, and Pichincha.

Main activities performed:

-8 makeovers at PRIMAX stations, overseeing the architectural redesign, technical installations, and implementation of the new corporate identity.

-75 cleaning maintenance projects, ensuring the preservation of the infrastructure and the operation of the stations.

-75 preventive maintenance projects for annual ARCH inspections, ensuring regulatory and technical compliance.

-5 maintenance projects at PRIMAX convenience stores, coordinating minor works, finishing touches, and functional improvements.

-Technical direction of regional network projects.

-Coordination of multidisciplinary teams in different provinces.

-Efficient management of schedules, suppliers, and quality standards.

-Adapting to international corporate guidelines without losing architectural vision.
